Scripture: Hebrews 13:4 “Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral.”
Devotional: How do you honor your marriage and your marriage bed? This verse can serve as an encouragement to keep the “one flesh” nature of your marriage relationship fresh and vibrant. Too often that aspect of your relationship can suffer neglect and become rote or under threat of extinction.
But this need not be! You reap what you sow, and you reap where you sow. Invest your time, energy, and creativity in your sexual relationship with your spouse. It will produce dividends for years to come. Not to mention keeping you from the temptation to wander outside of your marital relationship for sexual intimacy.
